Sandy City is looking for a qualified company to clean interior and exterior windows at various City buildings. It may be required to clean interior windows after 5pm. Include a separate price for interior and exterior. There is no determined amount of times each building will be cleaned. The bid price will be for one (1) cleaning which could be used multiple times during the contract. The buildings include: -City Hall (a minimum 60 foot boom lift may be required. Boom cost to be determined at time of cleaning. The City will consider hydro cleaning instead of a lift. List additional costs, if any, for different methods of cleaning) -Justice Center -Senior Center -Parks and Recreation -Public Work Offices Other buildings could be added at the option of the City
