7.1 Scope of Services to be Performed The required services to be provided are client/patient dedicated internet access for maintenance, repairs (including labor, materials, equipment, apparatus, tools) on an “on call, as needed” basis. Client/patient internet will be delivered via Ethernet from RSH to contractor’s IP (Internet Protocol) network, then to the public internet. RSH requires the Internet access to have a reliable, dedicated, and scalable bandwidth, with a DIA 500 Mbps (Dedicated Internet Access at 500 megabits per second) and be static IP 5 (block of 5 static IP addresses). Any modems necessary to provide service are furnished, installed and leased to RSH. Work not covered in the maintenance service requirements shall be defined as additional services recommended or required for the proper operation of all equipment. This shall include any requested or unscheduled maintenance and/or repair work on specified equipment.
