TDA is seeking a proposal(s) from respondents to provide comprehensive services to CAHs, including technical assistance and educational programs for Texas quality managers and staff. A successful Contractor will develop focus groups, host educational events, conduct quarterly webinars, provide coaching, and implement boot camps for CAH staff. The goal of this solicitation is to obtain services from a contractor who will provide quality improvement services, including technical assistance and educational programs, to CAHs. Successful Respondent will provide the following: At a minimum, Contractor must achieve the following goals: Increase number of CAHs routinely reporting Medicare Beneficiary Quality Improvement (MBQIP) data; Identify areas for quality improvement and implement best practices to achieve improvement for CAHs; and Support Quality Improvement (QI) educational programs for CAH quality managers, staff, and where appropriate, board members of CAHs. Establish a quality improvement focus group made of 20 hospitals (to be named) to collaborate and develop strategies to address healthcare disparities within the rural community that consists of the following: Collaborate with SORH to identify hospitals for targeted focus group; Evaluate data available from each hospital to assess for areas of possible improvement related to healthcare disparities; Evaluate processes at facilities related to identified disparities and develop possible strategies to address; and Conduct ten (10) monthly focus group virtual working meetings to identify progress, share ideas, and provide ongoing assistance. Provide in-person educational events for frontline staff that consists of the following: Develop and present content for one full day of in-person educational learning that is applicable to frontline staff in critical access hospitals; Provide continuing nursing education credit for event; Hold two events to be scheduled and coordinated with TDA/SORH staff;
