X. Specifications Bangor International Airport (BGR) is pursuing the replacement of the current Security Access Control System (SACS) that covers the Domestic Terminal Building, International Terminal Building, Fixed Base Operator Building (FBO), Airfield Maintenance Building, Varney Hangar Building, Tank Farm Office Building, and the Vehicle Access Gate. It must be able to accommodate a minimum of three hundred (300) door/gate controllers, three hundred (300) high-resolution cameras, and two thousand (2,000) security badges. The minimum accommodation amounts take into consideration of future expansion. The ability to accommodate the adjustment and expansion of these locations and equipment is required. A. The Proposer will procure, install, and configure security access control system hardware and software and integrate it with the City’s current VMS (Video Management System) Avigilon into one (1) unified system. B. The Proposer will supply only new equipment, parts, and material currently manufactured at the time of submittal and operated only for testing as part of the installation procedure. Equipment and hardware models shall have been utilized in other systems of the same configuration as the BGR proposal. The Proposer shall provide the most current version of the software and hardware platform available at the time of the award of this contract.
