On an annual basis the Vendor will contact the City of Auburn to set up times to perform the required annual preventative maintenance. The following tasks will be performed as they apply: a. Test and inspect the door and all its components, the operator and all safety equipment for proper operation. Include items that may be missing from the list below. b. Inspect all track, rollers, hinges, cables, door panels, drums, shafts, couplings, operator drive chain/belt, clutch, electrical connections, reversing switches/relays, safety devices, remote receiver and weather-stripping/seals. If a rolling door- also include the guides, hood, slats, end locks, bearings and weather seals. c. Lubricate, tighten and adjust as needed all spring assemblies, coupling, bearings, hinges, rollers, drums, cables, tracks, mounting hardware, operator, operator chain, sprockets, clutch, limits, brakes, drawbar tracks & arms, and check the gear box oil level.
