A. The Developer shall maintain Minimum Qualifications as stated for the term of the Agreement. 1. All work shall be performed in a professional manner by qualified and certified personnel, where applicable, using appropriate equipment and tools. All work shall be performed in a manner satisfactory to and acceptable to the City. B. The Developer shall be readily available during normal business hours to administer the agreement. C. The Developer shall provide a point of contact (Account Manager) to administer the Agreement D. Developer shall be required to apply for all permits necessary for construction of the housing unit within three (3) months from the commencement date of the Lease. E. Developers shall be required to have all permits approved within six (6) months from the commencement of the Lease. F. Within three (3) months of the issuance of the necessary permits, Developer shall obtain a first approved inspection of the housing unit by the appropriate governing inspector. G. Within eighteen (18) months of the issuance of the necessary permits, Developer shall be issued a certificate of occupancy for the housing unit. H. Developer shall be solely responsible for the listing, marketing, and sale of the home. I. Developer shall provide the City a list of all subcontractors, laborers, and partners the developer used during the development of the lot. J. Developer shall be required to make timely rent payments for any lots they are awarded. K. Developer shall maintain insurance as required under the Agreement for the duration of the term
