The requested proposal needs to include the resurfacing of sixteen (16) tennis courts, new double nets and new net straps. The dimensions of the court shall meet USTA standards for adult tennis. As an option the Contractor shall provide pricing to repair 700 LF of cracks with Armor Crack Repair or an equivalent that includes a 5-year warranty on repaired cracks. The entire court will be covered with acrylic surfacing. The color of the court will have a main color on the playing surface and a contrasting color for out-of-bounds. Colors to be determined by Notice to Proceed (NTP). All lines shall be white in color and conform to USTA standards. Surfacing System i. Clean Courts Blow, scrape and pressure clean court as necessary. ii. Standard Crack Repair Cracks will be thoroughly cleaned and dried and then hand trawled with Acrytech (or equivalent) Acrylic crack patch. iii. Birdbaths Level marked birdbaths with Acrytech (or equivalent) Acrylic Deep Patch. iv. Surfacing System Apply one coat Acrytech (or equivalent) Acrylock sealer. Apply three Acrytech (or equivalent) color coat applications, two coats fortified with 80B silica sand and the final coat being the finish coat to playing pads. Any color combination may be selected from the Acrytech (or equivalent) color chip card. v. Lines All court lines primed and painted with Acrytech (or equivalent) textured line paint.
