The Electrical Service Contractor shall not be required to furnish any repair materials, parts, replacement equipment. If any of these items are required they shall be furnished by Raymondville Independent School District. b. The Electrical service routine shall be executed as follows: ( I ) Raymondville Independent School District Director of Maintenance (or h i s representative ) shall notify the Electrical Service Contractor of the l ocation and nature of the problem requiring service. ( 2 ) Electrical Service Contractor shall make service call and diagnose the problem and report back to R ISD Maintenance Director. ( 3) R I SD Maintenance Director will acknowledge report and advise the Electrical Service Contractor if further service work is required, such as repair work or additional Electrical Work. ( 4 ) Where actual Electrical repair work or additional Electrical Work is to be involved, hourly rate as bi d shall apply for labor excluding cost of materials and parts. ( 5) When additional Electrical work is authorized, minor materials, and parts are required Maintenance may authorize Contractor to furnish the repair materials to be bi l led to R ISD at an agreed cost prior to purchase. (6) R.1.S.D. reserves the right to competitively bid projects that are estimated to exceed $50,000.00.
