The specific scope of work for the selected CM@R for the Project will be defined in the construction management agreement. However, at a minimum the following services are required of the CM@R: Part 1: Provide preconstruction phase services including cost estimating, life-cycle cost analysis, value engineering, constructability reviews, scheduling, phasing plans, etc. This will require Initial Programmatic, Conceptual, Design Development and Construction Drawing cost estimating. This part 1 would need to be successfully completed and the estimated costs be within the Owner’s Project Budget of $24.08M (including some CM@R Contingency) in order to move into Part 2 of this scope of work.
