Patch and repair holes, nicks, and/or gouges in existing walls prior to painting. F. “x” denotes existing wall construction item (e.g. floor, wall, ceiling, etc.) to remain “as is” – not included in scope of work for this contract. ROOM FINISH SCHEDULE NOTES 1. Reinstall existing removed and stored carpet tiles. 2. Reinstall existing removed and stored acoustical ceiling tiles. Provide new matching ceiling grid. 3. Repair all existing walls to “like new” condition before repainting. 4. Install new blinds at aluminum and glass framing, to match existing blinds in existing Office 115.
