Task 1: Collection of Data The purpose of this task is to collect and verify all information needed to perform the arc flash analysis and shock hazard evaluation. At a minimum, this task shall include but not be limited to obtaining, reviewing, and verification of service data, verification of facility single line data, and collection of equipment configuration and settings. The Proposer, with input from the CCWA, shall develop a plan for site data collection which maximizes efficiency and minimizes impact to CCWA operations. CCWA personnel shall perform all equipment operations, Lock-out Tag-out, and verification of de-energized/electrically safe conditions wherever needed during site survey work. Task 2: Arc Flash Analysis and Shock Hazard Evaluation The purpose of this task is to complete the arc flash analysis and shock hazard evaluation for each CCWA facility with an electrical infrastructure. At a minimum, this will include determination of the arc flash and shock hazards throughout each facility in accordance with the latest editions of NFPA 70E and IEEE-1584.
