Selected firms will provide comprehensive executive recruitment services including but not limited to: • Develop and execute a recruitment plan tailored to executive-level roles. • Conduct a nationwide search from diverse and high-quality talent pools. • Handle all aspects of advertising and promotion for executive search positions. • Develop a position profile and advertising plan based on previous successes with similar clients and positions. • Vet qualified candidates based on qualifications and experience. • Coordinate and conduct initial interviews, background checks, and reference verifications. • Screen potential candidates and identify the top three to five applicants to H-GAC for review. • Assist in the final selection of the selected candidates. • Coordinate efforts with the H-GAC Search Committee and provide weekly progress reports throughout the term of the specific search.
