Provide the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to replace two (2) water conditioning systems; one in the Loon Lake Sanitation Building and one in the B-Loop Sanitation building at Savanna State Park. The work will be done under the direct management and coordination of one prime contractor. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: • Vendor to provide all necessary permits/inspections and/or communication with MN Department of Health (MDH) and/or MN Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) as needed. • Remove and properly dispose of existing water softener. • Provide and install all necessary pipe, fittings, valves etc. needed to complete the project. • Provide and install a new water conditioning systems as follows: o Loon Lake Shower building - Mfg.: Water Control Corporation, Series: WBP 35 water conditioner, (or approved equivalent). o B-Loop Shower Building - Mfg.: Water Control Corporation, Series: LF-240-MR 24K water conditioner, (or approved equivalent). • Provide any/all electrical work required to complete the project. • Start-up system, check for leaks and proper function. • Clean up and properly dispose of all debris generated on site. • Vendor to provide all warranty cards and manuals to park staff as well as an operational walk-through.
