Install new synthetic underlayment and 30 yr LAMINATED DIMENSIONAL SHINGLES. Install 2" drip edge on all edges. Install new flashing to wall junctures. Flash chimney and wall junctures with 28 gauge steel or .019 aluminum. Install flashing in step fashion with minimum of 3" headlap. Secure to masonry by raking out the mortar joint to a depth of 1 1/2". Fill the joint with Portland Cement. Install vent stack boots. Install exhaust vents to code. Valleys shall be closed cut. Color to be chosen by homeowner.
