The University is seeking to hire a Contractor for the work described below that will be delivered by Job Order Contracting (JOC) at the University of California, San Francisco Medical Center campuses at St. Mary’s (450 Stanyan Street) and Saint Francis (900 Hyde Street) Hospitals including medical office buildings (1199 Bush Street, 909 Hyde Street, 1234 Pine Street, 2250 Hayes Street, 2200 Hayes Street, 1 Shrader Street) and leasehold sites (24 Willie Mays AT&T, 477 9th Avenue #109, 1777 Botelho Drive, 2250 Hayes Street, 100 International Terminal Level 3 A Side (San Francisco International Airport, SFO)). Work under the JOC may include the following: • Capital Projects approved for Fiscal Year 25-28 with a construction value between $50,000 and $1,000,000 for the aforementioned locations.
