The vendor may be responsible for editing the design to ensure that the products meet the specifications. 2. Unique variable QR code data and corresponding serial numbers will be provided as a data file. 2.1. Unique QR codes and serial numbers will be provided in a data file. Vendors must generate QR codes and insert them into the voucher design, ensuring alignment with the corresponding serial number. 3. Specifications for both WIC FMNP and Senior FMNP vouchers 3.1. Stock: 24# or 28# standard white voucher stock 3.1.1. Secure check stock NOT required 3.2. Bundled into shrink-wrapped packaging of approximately 600 sheets each. 3.3. Micro perforations to separate vouchers. 3.3.1. Perforations must allow easy tearing of individual vouchers. 3.4. Vouchers will be approximately the size of a US dollar bill (2.61” x 6.14”; negotiable after award). 3.5. Production Format 3.5.1. Each sheet must contain five vouchers and participant instructions. 3.5.1.1. Alternatively, sheets may contain ten (10) vouchers, folded in half along the perforation. 3.5.2. Sheet dimensions are approximately 15.6” x 6.14” (negotiable after award). 3.6. Individual vouchers within a sheet or booklet are in strict sequential order.
