The scope for this solicitation includes all architectural and engineering services associated with NDOT and CHYM projects/programs. Services may include, but are not limited to, the following: * Multimodal Planning and Emerging Mobility Planning * Multimodal System/Network Master Planning * including but not limited to, long-term planning for transportation networks supporting mobility needs of the city; * planning pedestrian-friendly infrastructure, bicycle lanes, efficient public transportation systems, and smart technologies to reduce congestion and increase mobility in cities; etc. * Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Planning * including but not limited to, promoting telecommuting, congestion pricing, or flexible work hours to alleviate traffic congestion; * encouraging alternative modes of transport such as public transit, carpooling, biking, and walking; etc...
