Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, hoisting, unloading, layout, scaffolding, man lifts, storage, and all other components to furnish & install a complete Finish Carpentry and General Trades Package. 3. Exterior aluminum entrances and storefronts, installation of hardware integral to Aluminum/Glass/Glazing, Automatic Door Operators, Glass Wall or Butt Glazed Systems, Glass, Caulking (interior & exterior), Glazing Panels, Translucent panels and mirrors. 4. The work in this package includes, but is not limited to all material, and installation of the following systems/components: a. Charles R. Drew Transition Center i. Door 1 Entrance & Door 11 Entrance 1. Demolish existing metal entry systems 2. Install new metal entry systems, framing elements, caulking/sealants per specification. 3. Install ADA accessible automated entry system with opener and push button activation including requisite power supply, low voltage wiring and conduit. b. Keidan Special Education Center i. Area B – Entrance Storefront 1. Remove existing 3-door and sidelight entry system.
