The intent of this quote request is to engage a U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) certified firm to conduct a review of the Maricopa County’s election technology equipment used in the November 2024 General Election. The review will be conducted on the Dominion Democracy Suite 5.17 system and central County tabulators, vote-center tabulators, and adjudication stations. The review will also include logic and accuracy testing. The selected contractor shall complete the work and provide a final report addressed to Maricopa County (County) as noted in Section 2.0. The engagement shall be coordinated with the Maricopa County Internal Audit Department (Internal Audit). Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor (including adequate supervision) materials, and standard business equipment needed to complete work in accordance with this SOW. The level of effort encompassing all work is estimated at 350-400 hours.
