1. Test pump through various pumping rates (total period of 2 hours) to document pre-cleaning well performance in accordance with the specification. 2. Remove the existing pump and motor, riser piping, power cabling, transducer cable, airline, etc. from the well. Mark the position of the transducer in the well so that it can be replaced at the same position when the work is completed. 3. Inspect all pump and motor components for wear. Inspect all riser piping and couplings for wear. Report this information to the owner and engineer. 4. Provide a pre-cleaning camera (video) survey of the entire casing and screen section. Report this information to the owner and engineer before starting cleaning work. 5. Chemically clean and mechanically surge the well in accordance with the specification section. 6. Provide a post-cleaning camera (video) survey of the entire screen section at the completion of cleaning procedures. 7. Provide a brief report outlining any repair or replacement parts regarding the pump and related equipment. 8. Install pump assembly including, riser piping, check valve, cabling, etc. 9. Test pump through various pumping rates (total period of 2 hours) to document post-cleaning well performance in accordance with the specification. 10. Provide pump and well performance testing results to Owner and Engineer (see specification section).
