The Consultant shall complete specific Tasks and deliver Work Product on an on-call, as needed basis as described in the specific Task Order. These Tasks and Work Product may include, without limitation, the following: a. Develop comprehensive Project-specific approval schedules that meet the goals described in the Task Order and account for Consultant draft deliverables as well as Corporation and agency reviews. b. Prepare, revise, refine, and submit land use and City Map applications for certification into ULURP; develop associated site plans, surveys, and other necessary drawings and maps. The Consultant shall attend all review agency meetings and present to the relevant community board and other ULURP approving entities. c. Conduct site-specific planning studies and perform zoning analyses for properties to determine appropriate densities for area-wide zoning changes and identify specific zoning and/or land use constraints. d. Develop analysis framework, including Reasonable Worst Case Development Scenario (RWCDS) for environmental review for review and sign-off by Corporation and lead agency and other agencies and entities as necessary...
