Conduct a study of the current conditions and projected needs of housing throughout the State of Alaska. AHFC will engage the services of the Offeror(s) that it determines is best qualified based upon the evaluation Criteria set forth herein. AHFC’s Alaska Housing Assessment is intended to be a data-driven report consolidating a wide and diverse data group into a concise and usable document that highlights the current state of Alaska’s Housing Stock. It is intended to highlight existing conditions related to housing availability, housing affordability, housing energy use and pricing, as well as limited forecasting based on demographic and housing construction trends and other conditions determined by Offeror and AHFC during the development of the Alaska Housing Assessment.
