At a high level, the scope for this project is: Conduct and present supporting analysis and any recommendations for configuring the consolidated CC instance. Transfer BWL’s presence, all applications listed in the “Current Systems and Infrastructure” table, content, and configurations on GCC to the CC in Microsoft 365. Migrate or reconnect BWL’s Azure Subscriptions to the new CC Entra instance Coordinate transfer activities with other application support vendors for applications on Microsoft 365. Analysis of the new features available to BWL users in the CC Microsoft 365 instance. Training users on the new capabilities available in CC Microsoft 365. Closing down BWL’s GCC Microsoft 365 instance. Documentation of the complete BWL CC Microsoft 365 instance.
