Fresno Housing (FH) is requesting bids from one or more qualified, licensed General Contractors/ Construction Management services to provide the removal and installation of roofing, exterior paint and trim repair on apartment buildings located at 631 Kern St. Fresno Ca The bids shall include all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to complete the removal and replacement of roofing on (13) single story residential duplexes detailed services listed herein. A. Removal and disposal of existing roofing where required. B. Granular surfaced dimensional shingles and accessories. C. Sheet metal flashing incorporated into roofing including, but not limited to: a. Eave and rake flashing. b. Valley flashing. c. Roof rain diverters. D. Installation of roof jacks for pipe and flue penetrations
