1. Provide the necessary labor to de-energize, disconnect, and remove the old/existing flywheel UPS system. (Provide a sub-contractor moving company and work with them for the removal of the old and the installation of the new UPS). 2. Provide the new UPS system per quote from Engineered Computer Rooms, approved by the District Hospital. The new UPS should be comparable to a Toshiba G9000 series, model 300 kVA. This system comes with two (2) battery cabinets that will provide ten (10) minutes of backup at 300kW. This system also includes a free-standing Maintenance Bypass Cabinet. Specifications are attached as a separate document. 3. Provide labor to bring in and set up the new UPS system in the same location, 1st floor electrical room of the Pavilion building, located at 1500 S Main Street, Fort Worth, TX 76104. 4. Provide the necessary labor and materials to land existing conduits and wiring into the new cabinets as needed and terminated.
