The New York City Department of Education (“DOE”) requests on behalf of the Division of the First Deputy Chancellor to release a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) seeking a vendor(s) to provide a comprehensive series of data management, customer relationships management (CRM), and human resources management system and related services that allow OSP to maintain and monitor information on its career pathway programs including school program development status, partner profile information, student participation in paid work experiences, as well as providing end-to-end payroll management process for students. This solicitation contains two (2) service components. • Component 1: On-Line Program Management System. • Component 2: Payroll Services.
