Provide a Community Accountability Program using cognitive intervention/restructuring to a variety of types of persons on supervision and shall be operational twenty-four (24) hours a day, three hundred and sixty-five (365) days a year. 2.1.1. Treatment and case management services shall be operational based on a Flexible Program Delivery. Delivery of treatment will allow the vendor to propose innovative service delivery methods prioritizing outcome metrics. 2.1.2. Electronic monitoring services shall be continuously operational with no breaks in service. 2.2. Provide services for treatment, case management and electronic monitoring. 2.3. Include Evidence-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Therapy and outpatient substance abuse groups. 2.4. Provide general CBT groups for offenders experiencing difficulty complying with their terms of supervision and/or at risk for return to custody. 2.4.1.
