Contractor to include removal and disposal of existing modified bitumen roof. Includes building 314, 311, 315, 317, 321, and 322 as shown in aerial photo. Contractor to install new modified bitumen roofing turnkey as per specifications. Contractor to include new parapet cap and ensure roofing is terminated under cap versus on parapet walls. Contractor to understand this facility is used 51 weeks out of the year. Off hours and weekend work will need to be used for high risk activities including those with that include off gassing smells that may disturb the occupants. Work being performed during normal business hours will require all personnel onsite to go through EDU background checks. All areas of work are to be sealed in at the end of each shift. This is to prevent water damage from storms during off work hours.
