1.1. The purpose of this Solicitation is to replace the current Licensing and Case Management Solution for the State of Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) with an inclusive priced, highly configurable, Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) licensing and case management solution. 1.1.1. External Component: Externally, customers are able to register for an account through which they can submit forms and file documents online. Customers can pay for online filings using a credit card, which permits submission of forms requiring payment. Online payments are processed through a thirdparty company, based on the state-contracted banking entity’s decisions. Customers are also able to sign up for reminders, hire/sever licensees based on their license type, maintain certain license and contact information through self-service, and receive alerts relating to filings. All present features are detailed in Current State Assessment (Exhibit C). 1.1.2. Internal Component: Internally, portions of the current solution allows staff to review, approve or reject a filing via work queues, generate correspondence, enter paper filings for processing, manage and restrict access to online accounts, correct errors, and generate reports. The solutions’ internal function also allows for general system maintenance, roles and privileges, template creation and revision, and fee generation and POS functionality. The system integrates document management for the creation and storage of all filing documents. Additional requirements are detailed in Attachment 15 - Solution Requirements.
