Details: o Event: City of Auburn 2025 Fireworks Display o Date: July 4, 2025, weather permitting, or July 5, 2025, in case of inclement weather o Time: 9:00-9:30pm CST (depending upon darkness and weather conditions) o Location of Firework Display: 1788 East University Drive, Auburn, AL 36830 o Location of Viewing: 1600 E University Drive, Auburn, AL 36830 (Duck Samford Park) Proposers shall have at least five (5) years of experience performing Fireworks Displays. Proposers shall provide, at a minimum, three (3) comparable references of recent work being performed. These references must be for entities similar in size to the City of Auburn. The successful Proposer will provide a professionally developed, fireworks display at the above-designated time and location. The Proposer will present a very colorful, high-quality display with an opening barrage, a continuous firing for 16-20 minutes for the main body, and a grand finale of at least three to five minutes. The full show should last 19-23 minutes. The successful Proposer will provide a turnkey firework display including all pyrotechnic materials, supplies, power generators, labor, supervision, delivery, clean-up of the launch area, and proper disposal of spent shells or debris. Proposers will submit a detailed report of the minimum number and size of the shells to be included in the display performance. Information regarding the types and quantity of the shells must be included with the Proposal.
