The Canutillo Independent School District (ISD) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive services in the areas of public engagement, organizational culture development and strategic planning as related to the Bond program and other district initiatives. This RFP includes the development of a narrative, and the production of year-in-review deliverables. Additionally, the selected firm will assess and enhance the district’s current culture, establishing a Canutillo ISD framework aligned with the district’s mission and vision. The project will also include strategic planning workshops, the development of a comprehensive strategic framework and the creation of a scorecard to track progress toward key objectives. The firm will be expected to provide high level creative direction, strategic insights, and production oversight for all deliverables, with key milestones and deadlines to be met throughout the engagement
