Waller Independent School District (WISD) is soliciting Request For Proposals (RFP# 252-2025) from qualified vendors to provide Awards & Commemorative Products on an as-needed basis to be awarded to multiple vendors. It is the intent to award the bid to vendors who offer discounts from their catalog, website or retail prices. However, if no discount is offered, WISD still encourages all vendors to respond to the bid proposal. It is the responsibility of the supplier to keep informed of any activities and addendums related to this bid opportunity. Proposals will be accepted through Friday, March 21, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. WISD prefers responses to be submitted online via our electronic system, however, sealed proposals addressed to Waller ISD, Attention: Purchasing Department, will be accepted in the Administration Office at 2214 Waller Street, Waller, Texas 77484 by the close date and time stated in this bid event. No fax or email submissions will be accepted. Any questions concerning this RFP must be submitted through the eBid portal. WISD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and, at its discretion, may waive any formalities or minor irregularities regarding the proposals.
