Serial Number: 34J194400550 Manufacturer – Zebra Technologies Corporation The repair service is to be completed by a certified technician. Bid evaluation and award will be based on total cost for parts and hourly rate. Please attach full replacement part list with pricing to submitted bid (full parts list catalog attached to RFQ) The hourly rate is to include all costs associated with the service/labor, travel expenses, and programming etc for one-time repair. Invoice will list parts pricing and actual hours of labor (providing documentation of the contractor's parts cost). Only new parts are to be used for repair.
