2.1. 720 Snell Street – Repairs and Deferred Maintenance - This bid package consists of but is not limited to various site improvements to correct drainage issues, new roofing at 720 Snell Street, one of the two (2) 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom houses on the same site. This is an existing single-family residence. New work includes, but is not limited to reroofing, new roof attic ventilation and insulation. 2.2. 728 Snell Street – Repairs and Deferred Maintenance - This bid package consists of but is not limited to various site improvements to correct drainage issues, new roofing at 728 Snell Street, one of the two (2) 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom houses on the same site. This is an existing single-family residence. New work includes, but is not limited to, reroofing, new roof attic ventilation and insulation. 2.3. Snell Street-Retaining Wall/Patio Bid Alternate - This alternate bid package involves site work, including but is not limited to, various site improvements for the construction of a retaining wall and patio.
