Contractor will provide all labor, materials, replacement parts, supplies, equipment, supervision, transportation, mileage, architectural stamped plans as needed, all required permits, and all costs associated with the cost to perform comprehensive general preventative maintenance, perform repairs for City-owned and/or maintained facilities and properties, that includes, but is not limited to: plumbing, painting, general rough and finished carpentry, small flooring repairs, slot drain cleaning, minor asphalt work, minor concrete repairs, exterior wall texturing, drywall repair, tape and texture, acoustical ceiling work, and caulking services. Project work is defined as work performed on projects to facilities. All work will be performed on an as-needed basis.
