The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, services, tools, equipment, and incidentals required to complete this paving project. The contractor is responsible for taking “before pictures” or preserving an image of the required painting. Drawings and pictures will not be provided by the town in advance. This work includes trimming all edges adjacent to the hot top, cleaning cracks ⅛” or larger and applying hot rubber. Also included will be one coat of sealer, and to restripe all lines and symbols as to the pre-existing painted areas. The contractor should agree in good faith to use their best efforts in treating all cracks. All striping must be done when no activities are planned and lots are not in use or with prior approval from the town when the area can be easily blocked off.
