The project re-envisions the one-stop service area to create an integrated student services and student life hub centrally located at the heart of the main level to provide streamlined access to student services combining on-line and in-person entry points . This requires moving the administrative offices from the first to fourth floor. Removal of the College Learning Center (CLC) building and restoring the site with ground cover, as well as repurposing the outdated theater will eliminate over $7.2M in deferred maintenance backlog.
