The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified consulting firms to establish a list of pre-qualified consultants to provide on-call consulting services for City of Conroe (City). The selected firms will support various projects on an as-needed basis, offering specialized expertise in geotechnical services, construction material testing, traffic engineering, surveying services, general civil engineering, environmental services, construction management, architectural design and rehabilitation, landscape architectural, property acquisition services, appraisal services, electrical engineering, hydrogeologist services, mechanical engineering, and structural engineering services.
