The City of Marceline is requesting bids for the metal roof replacement of the Street Department’s north storage building with new perlins and moisture guard. The scope of work includes removing all the metal from the approximate 34’ x 128’ shed roof, disposal of removed material and replaced with a new 40-year metal roof with full perlin replacement and moisture barrier. The bid should include the following: • New 40-Year life Metal Roof (34’ x 128’) • Full Perlin Replacement (yellow pine lumber) • Moisture Barrier (provide description of moisture barrier) • New Screws (no nails on metal replacement and perlins) • 4-inch overhang (no gutter) • Full trim package to include ridge cap, rake and oversized gutter apron.
