The Vendor shall furnish skilled service, labor, materials, supplies, tools equipment, insurance permits, and fees (if any) necessary to accomplish annual cleaning service. The annual cleaning services required are to be completed in compliance with NFPA 96.12.6. The Vendor shall provide annual cleaning and bi-annual inspection services to the following: One (1) ANSUL automatic hood suppression system located in the MSU kitchen area. This system consists of four (4) ANSUL, three (3) gallon – UL300 tanks. This system consists of four (4) hoods with suppression system for one (1) of the hoods. One (1) ANSUL R102, nine (9) gallon range hood suppression system located in the General Division Individual in Custody Kitchen area. This system consists of eight (8) hoods with suppression systems for two (2) of the hoods. One (1) Ameren model 375, fifteen (15) gallon range hood suppression system located in the General Division Employee kitchen area. This system consists of five (5) hoods with suppression system for one (1) of the hoods. The cleaning service work is to be performed during hours after Dietary personnel are done with the equipment to limit any interruption in Dietary operations. The Vendor shall ensure all worked performed is compliant with the manufacturer’s recommendations and is completed by skilled journeymen or technicians in accordance with all national, state, county, or NFPA 25 standards. The Vendor shall furnish all repair and replacement parts. Parts furnished shall be matched to the manufacturer’s published requirements. Instruction labels are to be replaced as needed during inspection. All materials provided by the Vendor shall be new, unless otherwise stipulated, and compliant with applicable manufacturer’s specifications. The Vendor shall provide skilled labor for the routine maintenance and/or parts for the following services: Cleaning, inspection, and recharge of Ansel and Ameren fire protection system for dietary, fusible links, that are also tied into the fire protection system, general oil and glycerin removal of the hoods and exhaust system.
