The County seeks an integrated Fire/EMS/Prevention records management system, to include software, implementation and support services. Desktop and mobile users must be able to organize and query information contained in patient care reports, fire incident reports, fire hydrant management records, fire prevention reports/inspections, and EMS billing records quickly -- gathering requested information with a minimal number of steps. The solution must provide a single point of data entry, whereby information entered into the records management system is propagated to all relevant databases. The system must be intuitive and user-friendly, requiring little to no training or a background in data analytics to navigate effectively
