4.1.1. The Firm is responsible for Disaster Debris Removal Monitoring Services on UTMB's facilities end property on an as-needed basis, and shall work under the direction of, and as part of UTMB Incident Command Center's efforts to maintain or reestablish continuity and availability of business operations as soon as possible following a natural or man-made disaster. All work performed under this agreement shall be efficiently and cost-effectively consistent with industry best practices meeting the requirements and objectives below: 4.1.1.1. To follow specific FEMA reimbursement guidelines regarding Debris Removal MonitoringServices. 4.1.1.2. To monitor and document the activities of the Debris Removal Firm. 4.1.1.3. To provide quality control of debris removal documentation and costs. 4.1.1.4. To streamline debris removal processes. 4.1.1.5. To be able to facilitate resuming business operations as soon as possible after an adverse event.
