The OIAA and will be accountable for all the OIAA Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and Tenant Improvement Program (TIP) which includes airside, landside and terminal programs and projects. The OIAA will oversee, direct, manage, and lead the PMCM in the execution of the required PMCM professional services. A well-qualified and experienced PMCM will support the OIAA to oversee, direct, manage, inspect and report to deliver the CIP and TIP, this OIAA Program Management Team (PMT) will share the responsibility of delivering the CIP and TIP The qualified PMCM will be expected to provide a full range of PMCM services throughout the life and phases of capital projects - planning and concept review, procurement, design, implementation, construction, commissioning and operational readiness and airport transition (ORAT).
