Vendor will provide shuttle bus service to Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) staff attending the 2025 Environmental Trade Fair and Conference (ETFC). ETFC will be held June 3-4, 2025, at the Henry B. González Convention Center (HBGCC) in San Antonio, Texas. Buses will pick up passengers from the TCEQ Campus at 12100 Park 35 Circle in Austin, Texas, and drop them off at the HBGCC at 900 East Market Street in San Antonio, Texas. This includes a route on June 2, 2025, the day before ETFC begins. On June 3-4, 2025, buses will transport passengers between the HBGCC to the TCEQ Campus. Vendor will provide enough staff to cover and coordinate driver lunches and shift breaks. Vendor will ensure drivers do not exceed maximum operating hours while providing service for the ETFC. Vendor will provide an onsite coordinator who will assist with loading buses, dispatch the standby bus, report significant delays to TCEQ staff, and report any serious issues or concerns to TCEQ staff and to Vendor management. Rotating, substituting, or any other type of staff change of the onsite coordinator during the workday is not preferred, and must be addressed with TCEQ before the event. Bus Specifications: 1) Buses for the TCEQ routes must be 56-passenger or larger motor coaches. 2) Newer model buses preferred. 3) Buses must have operable air conditioning. 4) Buses must meet all federal and state regulations, including Americans with Disabilities Act requirements and requirements for licenses. 5) Buses must have the insurance coverage specified in the Insurance Requirements section below. 6) Buses must be clean and smoke free. Buses will be sanitized each night. 7) Each bus must display an 8 ½ x 11-inch route sign. Sign must state bus is a TCEQ shuttle. See Attachment B for details. 8) Each bus must have baggage compartments for storing passenger luggage.
