The Parkland College committee reviewing the Requests for Proposals consists of the following: Vice President for Administrative Services/CFO; Associate Vice President, Human Resources/CHRO; Chief Accounting Officer; Manager, Benefits & Employee Services; Benefits Specialist; Representatives from the following Collective Bargaining Units: Parkland Academic Employees; Professional Support Staff Employees; Public Safety Officers’ Association; The parameters of the College’s health insurance benefits for premiums, deductibles, co-insurance, pharmacy copays, wellness programs, etc are collectively bargained by the three full-time bargaining units. The committee has the responsibility of conducting the search for the Third-Party Administrator.
