The University of Michigan -Information Technology Services (ITS) is seeking a vendor to provide a turnkey solution for building, provisioning, and managing Microsoft Azure and GCC High services. This includes virtual server and desktop computing, storage, email, videoconferencing, voice, and file sharing, all compliant with Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) requirements. The project and related IT infrastructure must adhere to Federal CUI compliance standards. Currently, the only approved system for CUI at the University of Michigan is the Secure Enclave Service (SES), managed by ITS Advanced Research Computing (ARC). However, SES does not offer CUI-compliant solutions for collaboration, videoconferencing, telecommunications, and other services that researchers need. Therefore, the University requires scalable systems that can be deployed for research involving CUI. The proposal must be comprehensive by including all services and costs necessary to meet the business, technical, and regulatory requirements of the University asoutlinedinthisRFP. In addition, the proposal must specify a detailed approach/methodology, supplier and University staffing requirements, and any other assumptions to complete the proposed work.
