INDNR seeks a comprehensive and dynamic solution with the ability to support a yearly average of 288,259 public reservations of rentable facilities, such as campsites, cabins, and shelters, across 173,363 acres of INDNR property. To date, these reservations amount to over 776,000 reserved days/nights, approximately 15-16 million property visitors per year, and nearly $44 million in related revenue. The solution shall fully support these reservation functions through multiple sales channels, allowing for product sales, customer service, and constituent participation to occur in-person through INDNR personnel, over the phone with a supplier-managed reservation line, or online through a user-friendly, retail-oriented application.
