Homer Community Consolidated School District No. 33C (the "District") is accepting bids to tear out, haul away, and dispose of existing vinyl composite tile, carpeting, rubber, and ceramic tiles (including wall tile); scrape and clean old adhesive; skim coat and patch to ensure floors are smooth and ready to accept new flooring; supply and install new commercial rated nylon carpet tiles (24”x24”) in specified areas; supply and install new epoxy floors and 4” base in specified washroom areas; supply and install new commercial grade luxury vinyl tile/plank with 20 mil wear layer in specified areas; supply and install new commercial grade vinyl base throughout all areas where carpet and luxury vinyl/ plank has been installed; install transitions in all required areas; install raised rubber stair treads in stairwells; and install rubber bullnose on boardroom stage. All colors, styles, and or designs TBD and chosen by the school district.
