The City of Tempe is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide a comprehensive mobile trailer security camera system to be utilized by the Community Services Department across various City parks. The system will be placed at multiple park locations to improve safety, monitor activity, and prevent crime. The system will be mounted on mobile trailers that are easy to transport and set up at different locations, powered by solar panels or efficient battery packs, have the option for backup power generation, and capable of functioning for extended periods without recharging. In addition, the system should be equipped with features such as remote monitoring, high-resolution video capture, motion detection, and durable weather-resistant construction to ensure long-term functionality. The camera systems must be able to operate in the desert southwest heat as well as severe monsoon rainstorms. The selected firm will be responsible for delivering, installing, and setting up the system, as well as providing training and ongoing support to ensure smooth operation and maintenance. The goal is to enhance security and ensure the safety of park visitors and staff. The mobile trailer must also come with a one-year warranty to cover any potential issues with the system's functionality during this period. The warranty should include repairs or replacement due to defects, system malfunctions, and other technical issues.
