These services may include, but are not limited to, preparing hydrologic and hydraulic design, traffic engineering, operations and signal design, streetlights, intersection improvements, pavement signs/markings right-of-way mapping, utility adjustment coordination, subsurface utility engineering, utility engineering, survey, geotechnical data collection, traffic control plan, railroad coordination, water and wastewater engineering design, schedule development and, if requested, provide construction phase support services during the implementation phase of the project, which includes the reconstruction of 6 to 6 lane roadway with intersection improvements, new and reconstructed sidewalks, new traffic and pedestrian signals and their retiming, street and pedestrian lighting, and landscaping (see map on page 16 of the RFQ document). da
